Saints Netballers return for Mid-Season Training
Saints Netball is excited to be welcoming back our girls for their Mid-season training week. A mixture of court, gym, studio and classroom sessions have been planned alongside the necessary off court recovery time (to watch some International Netball!). We also look forward to seeing our netball friends from TNT who are heading over for a match on Friday evening.
The girls have all received a copy of the programme. Coaches Heather, Lois, Allan and Ross are ready. Let the fun and hard work begin!
